Appointments are scheduled and given by previous arrangement. We very much depend on your punctuality in order to avoid a backlog of patients. An appointment will be charged unless your cancellation/cange of time will be 24h in advance.

Please note:
- For technical reasons, our online booking system only offers four appointments per day.
A larger selection of appointments, appointments at short notice or consecutive appointments can only be booked by telephone at 040-39906906. - If you have not yet been treated in our practice, or if your last treatment was more than ten years ago, please book a "new patient appointment".
If you have not been treated for more than 5 years, we also need more time, so please choose a "New Old Patient Appointment".
A "follow-up treatment appointment" is for those who have been treated in our practice within the last five years. - Please remember that a booked appointment is chargeable unless it is rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
In our practice, payment is always made in cash or by card following the treatment. We charge according to the Heilpraktiker fee schedule. - If you do not wish to be treated in underwear, please bring loose comfortable clothing such as jogging trousers/shorts, as tight inflexible clothing can interfere with the treatment and massage oil is often used in preparation.
